hi there

My name is Ennette

It literally blows my mind and warms my little heart that you are here taking the time to get to know me — I’ll try make this brief. Maybe the first and most important thing to know about me is that I’m a big fat extrovert, I love meeting new people and connecting over random things so please don’t be a stranger, drop me a message and get in touch, I would absolutely love to hear from you!

Before starting on this yoga journey I spent the majority of my 20s as a waitress here in Nottingham, England. I love hospitality. At its best, its really fast paced involves a lot of extrovert energy and being a part of people’s celebratory moments or ordinary evenings out. There’s just something pretty special I can’t quite put to words that I love about serving others in this way and it really naturally taps into a lot of my strengths and personality traits. I’ve been working in hospitality on and off for the last 7 years since finishing my degree and masters. I studied Law in Nottingham where I met my husband; (however it would be another 7 years before we dated or were actually even friends as opposed to loosely connected “friends of friends", but thats another story for another bio maybe).

After taking a gap year to do my church internship, I stumbled into the hospitality industry and like I said, surprisingly, found a real sense of vocation. It was during this time that I also found yoga as well. Although I desperately looked for Christian versions or alternatives, at that time in 2014-17 I actually didn’t come across any Christian yoga content or videos. So the quiet seed was sown to have Christian Yoga somehow, someway. Whenever I did a youtube yoga video, I would joke with my friends and say I do ‘ho-ga’ holy yoga; very cringe christian girl thing to do but I loved it. Fast forward 9 or so years and here I am at this current juncture in my life, starting a Christian yoga business, though if you had told me at the time that’ s what I would do, I don’t know if I would have believed you — it seems too good to be true.
