Let your body be more than just a battleground of all your discontent and insecurities. It is your safe space, your inner place of peace.

Come back home to yourself.

What is beautiful to you?

Often chocolate and sweet treats are all synonymous with toxic diet culture and society’s definitions of beauty. But I hope as we move and flow together surrounded by chocolate (almost too beautiful to eat); we will remember what we have always known deep down about ourselves: that just like these artisan chocolate drops, we are each uniquely stunningly. Beautifully; fearfully and wonderfully made with so much intentionality, thought and creativity just like these little delicious chocolate drops.

So, dare to ask yourself the question: where have I been placing my confidence and hope? Not just, how do I treat my body but more importantly what do I think about it… Where do I place (or rather mis-place) my sense of self and worthiness? Where have you let society define what beauty is to you?

And more importantly, are you ready to reclaim the narrative?

What to expect:

We will be coming together and mindfully moving in a creative yet soothing restorative flow. Learning to be and breathe in our beautiful bodies. And making some time at the end for little meditation together. There will be time when we finish to sit and reflect on the session and what you want to take with you from your time on the mat, so bring along your journal if you’d like.

Please know: you do not need to bring anything with you; except your full authentic self, beautiful friend.

If possible, please come 5-10mins at Studio Chocolate in Cobden Chambers. We will then make our way together to the bigger Studio Chocolate Kitchen Space located round the corne, on Thurland Street.

I know we’re fully in the swing of summer now but maybe consider wearing multiple layers so that you can keep warm during the slower paced portions of the class; but equally be able to cool down easily when we start to pick up the pace and build some heat.

[ Also I would recommend bringing a water bottle with you. ]
